Alpaca Farmstay
Silverstream Alpaca Stud has available two luxurious self contained farmstay units that sleep up to four persons per unit. Each unit has two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, modern kitchen and a carport. The units open out onto a patio that overlooks the alpacas housed in the nearby paddocks. There is an outdoor barbecue, petanque, a basketball hoop and a trampoline for the kids. There is table tennis and plenty of board games not to mention plenty of interesting walks. Kingfisher House Bed & Breakfast
Ideal for a family of up to four, we offer spacious, comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with double and two single beds, ensuite shower, TV, tea/coffee facilities and your own external access to courtyard and gardens. A collection of books, toys and games and outdoor toys are available for your use. Our garden is ideal to set up a game of kiwi cricket, and we have scooters, jungle jim and swing to play on. |
Pete's Farmstay - Rangiora
Enjoy a typical Kiwi experience at Pete's Farm. This is a working sheep and cattle farm and you're invited to watch the shearing and sheep dog demo, feed our friendly farm animals or visit our new lambs (lambing season is July to October). We're located in Canterbury, just 25 - 30 minutes from Christchurch city and airport, and well-positioned for excursions to Hanmer Springs, Kaikoura, West Coast and local ski fields. Enjoy stunning views of the mighty Southern Alps from our front garden, while the beaches are just 15 minutes drive away! Dinner available on request. Airport pick ups available.
