"We were a group of 3 adults and 3 young children visiting Auckland for our annual Christmas trip ... On each occasion we have stayed in one of The Great Ponsonby's well thought out, artistically decorated and perfectly equipped garden or courtyard studios. These studio rooms are set apart from the main villa and allow us to come and go quietly without fear of disturbing other guests. Each studio we've stayed in has had a little kitchenette, ideal for travelling with children when we need to prepare meals, or perfect if you simply feel like relaxing with a bottle of wine"  Dec 2010

Accommodation
Villa Rooms - can be queen or twin.  Some with deck.  Not suitable for babies.
Courtyard Studio - include kitchenette and private bathroom with shower.  One with space for a cot.  Can be double or twin.
Palm Suites - includes private bathroom with shower and tub.  Can accommodate three beds or extra bed and cot, and adjoining suites may be booked.
Penthouse - includes private bathroom with shower and tub, kitchenette, balcony.  The penthouse can include two extra foldaways and there is a twin room next door which can be booked if you wish to have the whole floor.
