This modern and spacious hostel is the perfect base for your family's Christchurch experience. Close to the heart of the city, our modern and clean accommodation is safe and secure, and includes family rooms to sleep 2 - 4, with ensuites and some with their own kitchen. Highchairs and cots are also available. This is a fabulous location - the tram route and Arts Centre, with its colourful weekend art and craft market, are on your doorstep. Hagley Park is also just across the road, with its botanical gardens, large playground, cafes, River Avon, bike tracks and acres of space! We have a shop on site, and plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Accommodation is dorm room style, with rooms sleeping 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 people, so you should be able to book out a room to keep your family together! Alpaca Farmstay
Silverstream Alpaca Stud has available two luxurious self-contained farmstay units that sleep up to four persons per unit. Each unit has two bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge, modern kitchen and a carport. The units open out onto a patio that overlooks the alpacas housed in the nearby paddocks. There is an outdoor barbecue, petanque, a basketball hoop and a trampoline for the kids. There is table tennis and plenty of board games not to mention plenty of interesting walks.
